All of the one-bedroom suites are 600 square feet, with separate living and bedroom areas. Hawthorn Suites offers the comfort and value for both business travelers and families. The hotel consists of 129 rooms, in a beautifully landscaped setting that resembles an upscale town home community. Hawthorn Suites is located in Arlington between Dallas and Fort Worth, in the heart of the Entertainment District. The living room has a fireplace, sleeper sofa and an additional television to make it convenient for the whole family. The property is one block west of Highway 360 and a block north of Lamar Boulevard. There is a minimum USD 150 cleaning fee charged upon arrival plus a USD 5 per night per pet daily charge. The hotel is convenient to many fine dining, shopping, and entertainment venues. Hawthorne Suites will accept up to two household pets per suite, only one of which may be a dog weighing no more than 75 lbs. The hotel offers you a "home away from home" atmosphere, providing you and your guests with quality lodging. Guests will enjoy daily a complimentary breakfast buffet and an evening social hour served Monday through Thursday.
